Men are wired for the approval of women in a very literal sense so it shouldn't surprise that we get dysfunctional without it.

Men who never achieve women's approval grow up to be dysfunctional adults. Women however are wired in a very literal sense to be selective of their approval.

MeToo is an undeniably important movement but it's led to a misguided demonization of men.

Demonizing any group of human beings becomes a self fulfilling prophecy of hatred. Demonizing anyone for any reason does not produce positive results ever and never will.

By demonizing dysfunctional males into dark corners of the web these “incels” have internalized idiotic expectations of the world. They feel as though the world is a horrible place based on the expectation that women will fall in their lap despite not even having any experience or female friends in most cases, yet refuse to make meaningful effort to change that.

Nearly every mass shooting is done by men, particularly asocial men whose mental illnesses fester in the darkness feeling shunted by the world (self imposed or not.) Women make a perfectly valid point that violence and sexuality of men is a problem and we should all agree on that.

What we do about it, how we treat and communicate with others is the problem that’s gone horribly awry. There is no “evolving” out of the biological imperative to mate and should not expect people to ever do so (despite what the modern day Seventh Day Adventists say.)

Difficult conversations that modern progressive movements are attempting to address are being done in a ham fisted partisan manner that’s accomplished little to no good, despite very noble intentions shit ain’t working and nobody’s taking accountability to come up with a functional solution.
